Summer Ale - American Blonde Ale - Get the season started right with our newest Summer Beer, the American Blonde Ale! Toasted malt,
northwest American hops, Pilsen extract, and clean American yeast combine for quenching summer refreshment. Light in body and
color, this Blonde goes down smooth and is sure to satisfy during the steamy summer months.
Winter Brew - Doppelbock -
Enjoy the winter months with our newest Winter Seasonal kit, the Doppelbock! These beers can range in color from light amber
to very dark, and this strong and malty style highlights the richness of specialty malt flavors, with only subtle notes of hops
or bitterness. Proper aging can even bring out some fruit character, with the sweeter complexities of plums or grapes
emerging after several months. This beer is high in alcohol but extremely drinkable, so enjoy it through the holidays,
and when you ring in the New Year. Cheers!
Gluten Free Ale - This Ale is the perfect choice for those looking for a Gluten free beer. The wort is crafted from White Sorghum and Belgian Style syrup
and then complemented with an addition of orange and lemon peel. Lightly bitter with undertones of floral and citrus from the hops, this ale is smooth and refreshing. At last, a Gluten free ingredient kit that can be enjoyed by all!
1967 - Summer Ale is going to have you wishing for the heat all year round!
A refreshing brew made with Pilsen Light and Bavarian Wheat Malt Extracts for a light body, nice malt flavor and a persistent white head. The beer finishes with a nice citrus flavor from the lemon peel and light aromas and delicate flavors of honey and chamomile. Try something different this year - try 1967.
10th Anniversary Ale
- India Pale Ale - Designed for our
10th Anniversary in 1994, this classic India Pale Ale is a keeper. An
outstanding ale, amber in color with distinct hop flavor and aroma
backed by a nice, subtle oak finish. Age 3 mo. for full potential!
20th Anniversary Ale - Scottish Wee Heavy - Malt is KING in
Scottish Ales and this one is no exception. Rich copper color with a
smooth, slightly smoky, complex malt flavor. Hints of caramel that are
developed by an extended boil are allied with classic hops from the U.
K. The authentic liquid Scottish Ale yeast (included) really accents
the flavors. Higher in alcohol, this is sure to please the patient
connoisseur. Celebrate 20 years with us by raising a toast with this
outstanding Scottish Ale.
American Bock - A lighter
twist on the bock style. Lighter in body than a traditional bock, but
not a light beer by far. Rich color, full malt flavor and authentic
German hops make this one a "Shiner".
American Lager - This Kit honors the American brewing
tradition of 100 years ago. This is good American beer the way it should
be! Light and crisp with just the right amount of flavor and body.
Barleywine - Barleywine is the strongest
possible beer style. There are no firm rules about what goes into a
barleywine, so long as there is a lot of it! This brew will be good 2-3
months after bottling but to truly appreciate this one, age it a year.
Bavarian Bock - This is a traditional German Helles
Bock, amber in color, strong in alcohol with a very malty character.
This style showcases a rich palate of chocolate and caramel malt flavors, as
well as a beguiling complexity of fruit esters and subtle tartness provided by
the Belgian style yeast. High in alcohol but extremely drinkable, this beer is
one to be savored with family and friends in a true holiday spirit. If possible,
enjoy it in a frosty goblet or tulip glass to highlight the fruity aromas and
Belgian Wit- A fresh, crisp wheat beer
with a unique Belgian twist. Additions of Coriander and Bitter Orange
Peel add a subtle fruity flavor with just a hint of floral aroma. This
one is great at all stages of the aging process.
Brewers Red Ale- A great
recipe. Light malt extract, Special Roast and just a touch of Roasted
Barley, gives this beer a nice color and just the right flavor. It is
balanced perfectly with Northern Brewer and Cascade hops, one of our
British Pale Ale - Among
beer lovers and homebrewers alike, Pale Ale is the world's most popular
beer style. This is a traditional Pale Ale with just the right amount
of English hops to make this fine ale shine.
California Common - This famous beer style is light
amber in color with a white, creamy head. California Common is known for
its great hoppy character.
Black IPA Ale -
Our Black IPA is a dark twist on an American IPA. This beer boasts 52 IBUs and 3 ounces of Cascade and Centennial hops for flavor and aroma.
Roasted and crystal malts provide the nearly black color and light roast flavor.
Black Lager - Otherwise known as Schwarzbier or "black
beer". We use a small amount of chocolate malt to compliment the
dark dry malt extract, then hop it lightly with traditional flavor and
aroma hops. This beer has a very dark color and rich flavor with a
surprisingly light feel due to the use of lager yeast.
Double Chocolate Stout - A Sinful Double
Chocolate Stout. A dark and delicious stout loaded with chocolate malt
and real cocoa for a rich and smooth beer.
25th Anniversary - Double IPA -
We needed a special brew for such a milestone
and this is definitely it. Hopheads Unite!
The double IPA is here to stay. This
amazing brew boasts a hefty alcohol profile,
aggressive hop bite and abundant hop flavors
and aromas. Truly the King of Pale
Ales, it has quickly become one of our
favorites and is sure to be a hit with our
European Lager - This Pilsner is light and crisp with a
slightly malty aftertaste. A very refreshing beer style with a white
German Oktoberfest - This is Germany's famous festival
beer. Our version uses a blend of Light, Amber, and Wheat Malt Extract
to produce a bright, copper color lager. A blend of classic German hops
round this one out perfectly.
Hefeweizen - Hefeweizen is perfectly quenching and drinkable for your summertime thirst. This Golden beer is
traditionally cloudy with yeast still in suspension. The yeast imparts a fruity flavor that blends well with the spicy character of the
malted and unmalted wheat. Sorachi Ace hops bring in a unique, crisp
lemon zest and lemongrass flavor that goes down clean and easy.
- This year’s creation is a traditional style Holiday Ale, with a rich
smell full of pumpkin pie spice, orange and ginger. As you taste this
rich amber ale the subtle hints of cardamom come through.

Honey Brown Ale - This is

your answer. Low in alcohol, lite in color, flavor and body with a
crisp mouthfeel and a creamy white head. Easy to make and quick to
drink; the ultimate Summer Ale for all your hot weather activities.
London Porter - Porters
are a black ale with loads of roasted flavor but without the sharp bite
found in Stouts. This recipe has been a Home Brewery favorite for years.
Black, rich and malty with a great hop profile of Cluster, Cascade, and
Maple Beer - We start with a smooth brown
lager and add just the right amount of maple to give you a hint of maple
flavor and aroma without being overly sweet. Wonderfully Different!
Nut Brown Ale - This is one of our
favorite beer kits! A malty brown ale perfectly balanced with Kent golding and
Cascade hops. Chocolate, Crystal, and Roasted Barley give it the sweet,
nutty undertones that make this beer recipe stand out.
Brown Ale - This is one of the deliciously malty brews of
Scotland with much more color, flavor, and body than a Pale Ale. Easy
to make and quick to enjoy!
Weizenbock - Weizenbock is back by popular
demand! This was our Holiday Ale for 1999 and people couldn't get
enough of it. A rich, dark wheat bock accented with toasted barley and
chocolate malt. Ahtanum and Tettnanger hops add just the right amount of
bite and aroma.
Beer - Traditional beer recipe brewed in the German tradition from
wheat and barley. Great as a refreshing drink in warm weather, this
beer style is known for its crisp, clove-like flavor.
Yellow Dog Ale - An
American style Pale Ale that has won best of show in beer brewing
competitions straight out of the box. A special blend of malt extracts
and fermentables backed by a healthy dose of American hops such as
Willamette and Cascade. A great Pale Ale beer recipe.
