25th Anniversary - Double IPA -
We needed a special brew for such a milestone
and this is definitely it. Hopheads Unite!
The double IPA is here to stay. This
amazing brew boasts a hefty alcohol profile,
aggressive hop bite and abundant hop flavors
and aromas. Truly the King of Pale
Ales, it has quickly become one of our
favorites and is sure to be a hit with our
fellow hopheads. |

Summer Golden Naked Oat Ale - Summer The perfect beer
for hot summer days. Light and Refreshing, but not a watery, flavorless
beer by any means. This ale boasts a nice golden color with a distinct
hazy finish, yummy oat flavor, creamy mouthfeel and a nice thick head. |
| BK125 |
Hefeweizen - Hefeweizen is perfectly quenching and drinkable for your summertime thirst. This Golden beer is
traditionally cloudy with yeast still in suspension. The yeast imparts a fruity flavor that blends well with the spicy character of the
malted and unmalted wheat. Sorachi Ace hops bring in a unique, crisp
lemon zest and lemongrass flavor that goes down clean and easy.

Winter Brew - Coffee Stout -
Stouts are great beers to have around all the time, but especially during the winter months. This beer starts out with a nice roasty Stout base, not too malty and not to bitter.
Then, Ozark Mountain Coffee Co. provides us with fresh roasted Colombian Supremo coffee to compliment the character of the stout. This beer has a strong coffee character that
will come into balance about a month after bottling. |

10th Anniversary Ale
- India Pale Ale - Designed for our
10th Anniversary in 1994, this classic India Pale Ale is a keeper. An
outstanding ale, amber in color with distinct hop flavor and aroma
backed by a nice, subtle oak finish. Age 3 mo. for full potential! |

20th Anniversary Ale - Scottish Wee Heavy - Malt is KING in
Scottish Ales and this one is no exception. Rich copper color with a
smooth, slightly smoky, complex malt flavor. Hints of caramel that are
developed by an extended boil are allied with classic hops from the U.
K. The authentic liquid Scottish Ale yeast (included) really accents
the flavors. Higher in alcohol, this is sure to please the patient
connoisseur. Celebrate 20 years with us by raising a toast with this
outstanding Scottish Ale. |

Barleywine - Barleywine is the strongest
possible beer style. There are no firm rules about what goes into a
barleywine, so long as there is a lot of it! This brew will be good 2-3
months after bottling but to truly appreciate this one, age it a year. |
| BK110 |
Belgian Wit- A fresh, crisp wheat beer
with a unique Belgian twist. Additions of Coriander and Bitter Orange
Peel add a subtle fruity flavor with just a hint of floral aroma. This
one is great at all stages of the aging process. |

Double Chocolate Stout - A Sinful Double
Chocolate Stout. A dark and delicious stout loaded with chocolate malt
and real cocoa for a rich and smooth beer. |
| BK126 |
Holiday Ale
- This year’s creation is a traditional style Holiday Ale, with a rich
smell full of pumpkin pie spice, orange and ginger. As you taste this
rich amber ale the subtle hints of cardamom come through.
We hope you enjoy this comforting ale on those cold winter nights that
lie ahead and have a great holiday with friends and family! |
| BK138 |
Maple Beer - We start with a smooth brown
lager and add just the right amount of maple to give you a hint of maple
flavor and aroma without being overly sweet. Wonderfully Different! |
| BK140 |
Nut Brown Ale - This is one of our
favorite beer kits! A malty brown ale perfectly balanced with Kent golding and
Cascade hops. Chocolate, Crystal, and Roasted Barley give it the sweet,
nutty undertones that make this beer recipe stand out. |
| BK144 |
Weizenbock - Weizenbock is back by popular
demand! This was our Holiday Ale for 1999 and people couldn't get
enough of it. A rich, dark wheat bock accented with toasted barley and
chocolate malt. Ahtanum and Tettnanger hops add just the right amount of
bite and aroma. |
