Corn Sugar(N-60) is a fermentable sugar used for priming (carbonating) homebrewed beers. Use 3/4 cup per 5 gallons of beer. There is approximately 2˝ cups of corn sugar per pound. Also used as a fermentable in some recipes. 1 lb. in 5 gal. = approximately 1% ABV.

Highly fermentable beet sugar contributes 1.032 ppg. Commonly used in Belgian style Dubbels, Abbeys, Grand-Cru's and Tripels or in any beer recipe to increase alcohol, color and flavor without adding body.
