The Party Pig^TM

This is the best small tap system on the market. It holds 2.25 gallons of beer, it needs no CO2, fits on a refrigerator shelf, and unlike 5-liter cans, it is meant to be reused over and over.

The Party Pig is a unique beer dispensing system. A pre-sanitized Pressure Pouch is inserted into the Pig along with the beer and the spout (snout?) is sealed. The Activation Pump is used, through the spigot, to increase pressure inside the Pig until the Pressure Pouch "pops". Inside the Pressure Pouch are separate compartments of citric acid and baking soda. These never touch your beer or wine, but when the Pressure Pouch is activated, those compartments mix and CO2 gas blows up the Pressure Pouch like a balloon, pressurizing the beer or wine inside the Pig. The beer or wine is perfectly stable, and the Party Pig can be used from in a refrigerator for many months, if necessary, until it is empty. With one Pig, you can keg half and bottle half of a 5-gallon batch, or use two Pigs to keg it all. A new Pressure Pouch is required for each filling.

The Party Pig is 15" long x 9 1/4" wide x 9 1/4" high, and takes about as much room as two 1-gallon milk jugs in a refrigerator. It holds 2 1/4 gallons of any beverage, and full instructions are included.
