Liqueur Kits

All ingredients, except sugar, are included to ferment, flavor and stabilize.  4 liters of 20% alcohol.

Sake Kit  

Kit produces about 1/4 gallon of rice wine. You can choose to make sake (filtered), Nigori (unfiltered), or the "original" Doburoku (sake with rice). This 400g kit includes rice, koji, yeast, and lactic acid already mixed in.

Liqueur Extracts

Liqueur Quik Essences are all natural blends of herbs, selected seeds, fruits and essential oils. When these are fortified with alcohol and sweetener (you provide) they produce a wonderful homemade liqueur. Other varieties are available. Just ask!
