||Faucet Adapter - Adapts kitchen faucet to
Carboy & Bottle Washer
- Powerful blast of water to help clean or rinse. Attaches to a
faucet with hose threads (see Faucet Adapter - CL215 above).
Double Blast Bottle Washer
- Press down to rinse, lift to stop. Wide stable base, quick disconnect from faucet, eliminates stress on
faucets and pipes. Includes custom nozzle for carboys.
Tree - This is a handy rack for draining and storing wine bottles
Small holds 45 bottles.
Large holds 90 bottles.
||Vinator - Bottle Rinser / Sulphiter.
Mounts on the top of 90 seat bottle tree and pumps a stream of water or
sanitizer up into a bottle when depressed. Liquid collects back in
the basin to be recirculated again and again.
Spray Wand - Plastic wand blasts water from the tip in all directions.
Comes with 4 ft. of flexible hose and attaches to your faucet with hose thread (see Faucet Adapter - CL215 above). Great for cleaning carboys and bottles.
Wash Bottle - 500 ml. Controlled applications of sanitizer with just a little squeeze.
Works great with Star San for those small cleaning jobs.
||Sodium Metabisulfite Powder - Often used
by winemakers to sterilize their equipment, bottles and corks. To use
as a sanitizer - 2 0z. per 1 gallon water. Dissolve sulfite in warm
water. The winemaking industry has begun favoring Potassium
Metabisulfite for use in sterilizing your wine must, suggesting that
Sodium Metabisulfite be reserved for sterilizing equipment. 1 lb.
||Iodophor - Iodine-based
sanitizer works great on glass and stainless. Requires a 2 minute
contact time. Usage is 1.25 tsp per 2 gallons of water (no rinsing is
required at this dilution) Re-usable if kept in a sealed container.
||Iodine Test Papers - Use for testing titratable iodine in
Iodophor solutions. (CL320 listed above)
||Alpet D2 Surface Sanitizer - Kills bacteria and wild yeast after a 60 second contact period!
A mixture of Isopropyl alcohol, water and a residual bacterial killer, QUAT. Very handy to have on hand for anything that needs quick sanitizing.
Short 60 second contact time, no rinse, just allow to air dry. Quart Spray Bottle.
||Easy Clean - Oxidizing sanitizer that is easy to use and very
effective on all your plastic and glass equipment. Use 1 Tablespoon per gallon of warm water, One minute contact time and
no rinsing is required. (Sodium Percarbonate)
||Sani-Clean - Final acid rinse. Similar to Star San but low foaming.
Use after cleansers like Easy Clean and BLC to leave tanks and equipment sanitized and spotless. 32 oz. Bottle.
||Star San - Foaming, acid-based
sanitizer that penetrates hard-to-see places. No rinse required. Does
not stain and will not impart odors or off flavors. Usage is 2
tablespoons per 5 gallons of water, with a 5 minute contact time.
Re-usable as long as it has a 3.2 ph. Keep sealed for maximum
||BLC Equipment Wash -
Cleaner for those stubborn deposits, designed to easily remove oxalate and protein. Use 2 oz per 5
gallons of warm water, soak for at least 30 minutes, rinse well then sanitize as usual.
