Designed for our 10th Anniversary in 1994, this classic India Pale Ale is a keeper. Our IPA brewing kit comes with all the ingredients you need to brew an outstanding ale made in the English IPA style. These IPA ingredients create an amber-colored ale with distinct English hop flavor and an aroma backed by a nice, subtle oak finish. Age for 3 months mo. for full, smooth character or get into it after 2 weeks in the bottle if you like ’em a little rough!
This is an extract brewing kit to produce 5 gallons of beer. It contains dry malt extract with specialty grains, hops, yeast, clarifier, and priming sugar (for carbonating).
