Briess CBW® Bavarian Wheat LME is 100% pure malt extract made from 65% Malted Wheat / 35% Malted Barley. Used alone, it will produce a light golden colored wheat beer. Specialty grains can be added to change the color and flavor, making it an excellent malt base for any wheat beer style. Wheat malt can also be used in smaller proportions to increase head retention in any beer style. 3.3 lb plastic canister.

Tip: Syrup Malt Extract is heavy and tends to sink to the bottom of of your brewpot. To prevent scorching, heat your brewing water up, turn off or remove from the heat, thoroughly stir in the syrup malt extract until dissolved and then continue to bring to a boil.
