Wine clarifier that removes pectin haze. Usage is approx 4 teaspoons per 6 gallons. Mix with 1 – 2 cups of warm water to make a slurry before adding to wine.
There are approximately 5 teaspoons per ounce.
Available in 2 oz, 8 oz & 1 lb sizes, packaged in a re-sealable zip bag.
