Black Lager Ingredient Kit

Description

Otherwise known as Schwarzbier or “black beer”.  We use a small amount of chocolate malt to compliment the dark dry malt extract, then hop it lightly with traditional flavor and aroma hops.  This beer has a very dark color and rich flavor with a surprisingly light feel due to the use of lager yeast. These kits include dry malt extract, specialty grains, hops, yeast, clarifier, and priming sugar (for carbonating).
