Description

Briess Medium Caramel Malt. (60 lv)  Adds sweet, caramel flavors and nice copper color to any beer recipe.  Briess Caramel Malts are produced in drum roasters allowing for the application of significantly higher temperatures to green malt, which is a must for the caramelization of sugars.
