A component of the new Still Spirits Alchemist Series, This Copper Alembic Dome Top fits onto your T500 Boiler or your Grainfather – Electric All Grain Brew System. Simply replace the existing lid with the copper dome, the large copper surface area acts as a catalyst with the vapor in the still and helps enhance and concentrate the flavors and aromas as well as remove unwanted sulfur compounds. This produces a smoother, richer, sweeter tasting spirit.
