A yeast and nutrient blend specifically formulated for making hard seltzer alcohol bases with a clean and neutral flavor and aroma profile.
For fermentation of refined sugar washes for use in making hard seltzers. Suitable for approx. 5 – 6 Gallons (19-23L) fermentation volumes.
Attenuation: High (90 – 100%)
Flocculation: High (5/5)
ABV: Up to 5%
?Ferment at 20-25 °C (68-77 °F) for optimum results.
