Description
Beer clarifier used in the last 15 minutes of the boil to coagulate proteins and break them out of solution, helps to combat chill haze. Derived from seaweed.
Usage is 1/2 to 1 teaspoon for 5 gallons.
There are approximately 12 teaspoons per ounce.
Available in 1 oz, 8 oz & 1 lb sizes, packaged in a re-sealable zip bag.
