This sour brew is sure to shock your palate and make your mouth water. Ingredient Kit for 5 Gallons at approx 4.5% ABV. These kits include Malt Extract, Fruit Kicker, Lactose, specialty grains, hops, yeast, clarifier, and priming sugar (for carbonating).  Contains WildBrew™ Philly Sour Yeast (Lachancea spp.)  As a non-Saccharomyces species, WildBrew™ Philly Sour should be treated according to normal best practices for handling wild yeast.
