Description
A blend of sugar, apple juice concentrate and citric acid designed to make a fermentable base for seltzer at 9.8 Brix. 64 oz (1/2 Gallon) produces 5 Gallons at 5% ABV. Intended to make a neutral base for making Hard Seltzers of any flavor you choose. The sky is the limit for your flavor creations. Perfect for carbonating with draft systems or can be bottle conditioned with some considerations.
