Description
(Formerly called Abbaye) SAFbrew BE-256 from Fermentis will allow fast Fermentation, very high attenuation, high alcohol content (up to 11 % ABV) with subtle aroma and a well-balanced profile. Brewers will like this one for their Farmhouse and Belgian style ales, stronger Abbey styles and IPAs.
Recommended Fermentation Temperature: 54-77º F (Ideally 59-68º F)
